The thief is convicted and strapped into the electric chair but is relieved to be rid of the two dollar bill.

Figuring there is something valuable in there Mike follows the man to his room and pretends to be room service so the man opens the door. Mike attacks his victim and steals his prize. The foreigner regains his footing and calls the hotel manager to report the theft of his cobra, as he performs as a snake charmer.
