Synopsis for "The Baby Sitter"

An obnoxious stepfather calls for a baby sitter and is intercepted by an alien who takes the form of an attractive young girl to answer the call. The man takes his wife out to a party leaving the boy with the sitter who tells him he will be happy from now on. The man can't keep his lustful thoughts about the sitter from his mind and drags his wife away from the party early. When he gets back he offers to drive the sitter home and makes a move on her. He says that he wants to go out with her right now, so the alien returns to its native environment bringing the man with it, where he dies in the toxic atmosphere.

Martin is a gardener arrested by the communists for organizing a revolt. He is scheduled to be executed but granted a reprieve when the commissar's boss plans to visit the city for the annual festival of flowers. Martin is ordered to make everything look nice and the commissar shoots him after the planting to take credit for the work. When the boss arrives he orders the arrest of the commissar because Martin has arranged the colorful blooming flowers in the shape of an American flag.
