Synopsis for "Where Monsters Prowl"
A couple finds an unconscious man at a cemetery and gets him taken to a hospital. Many newsmen come to the hospital to hear his tale. Fred Crandall upon waking up describes his story that first began when he took a shorcut through the cemetery where he saw strange tentacle that destroyed a light post before fleeing the area. Fred followed the creature to an abandoned mansion on the hill and looked into its windows to discovers there were many such creatures inside. Fred could overhear that the one he had followed was named Zirtalx and that in order to enact their plan they would need to find someone to possess so that they could get close to a specific newsman. They chose Fred to be that person, the doctor in the room hearing the story asked the name of the newsman they wanted but before he can answer the lights go out and when they return Fred is dead. The newsmen chalk him up to being crazy but as their leaving a tentacle can be seen slithering outside of Fred's shirt.
