Synopsis for "Skeletons in the Cupboard"
A Reincarnated Skeleton appears in the house of Judge Simones to threaten him, demanding 20,000 dollars from him, but the judge instead takes to the Daily Bugle to investigate. With the help of Red Sparkles, they track down a series of similar cases, tracking them down to a business called Reincarnated Skeletons. To catch their harassers red-handed, they perform a stakeout where the Skeleton demanded they drop the money. Mickey overheard their initial conversation and followed them as Marvelman. As the stakeout turns sour when the thugs show up and start firing at the judge and reporter, Marvelman takes out all but one of the thugs, who he lets get so he can track down their base.
Unfortunately, the thug vanishes from Marvelman and confronts his boss, Doctor Gargunza and after informing the doctor that Marvelman was after him, he builds more Reincarnated Skeletons to threaten people with, but his plan is no longer working. Desperate, he builds more and more skeletons until they start to roam the streets and attack Gargunza himself. As Marvelman, Mickey saves every civilian he can find and quickly deduces that it was Gargunza behind the attack after he located him also being attacked.
