History
Mother of the Olympic athlete Ron Corbett, while on vacation with her husband Edward in New York she was taken hostage during a robbery attempt in which Spider-Man intervened trying to save her. Her husband was killed, for which his son Ron deemed Spider-Man guilty, and years later attempted to impersonate and discredit him.[1]
