During the fight between Deadpool and Evil Deadpool in Staten Island, all patrols were ordered not to intervene but to cordon off all roads to Seaview Avenue from the North Railroad to Mason and the roads to Burgher Avenue and that Federal Law enfrorcements were inbound.[1]
