History
Pursuing a case against Mr. Melville, Matt Murdock encountered Gwen Poole who he managed to identify as Gwenpool given her symbiote's distinctive scent. Following Gwenpool, Daredevil found out her plans to murder Melville, as a compromising doodle had ended up in his possession, and tried to stop her. The ensuing battle led to the two crashing into Melville's apartment, and he sicced his ninja on them.
After that ensuing battle, Gwenpool explained everything, providing relief to Murdock and prompting him to invite her to join him on his rounds. However, Gwenpool seemed to have disappeared through unknown means.[1]
