History
This version of Daredevil appeared in his true identity Matt Murdock so that he could help Spider-Man who had been framed for committing crimes he didn't do as his lawyer.
Murdock asked Spider-Man that revealing his true identity to him would help speed the case along in his favor; but then Spider-Man explained to him that he can't reveal his secret identity because it would endanger his family and friends; Murdock told him he understands and dropped the subject.
The reason Matt stopped asking for Spider-Man's secret identity was because he himself was actually the fellow superhero Daredevil; which is shown when at the moment he's still talking to Spider-Man a flashback to a scene shows Matt Murdock as Daredevil as he swings from a flag pole through New York City.[1]Paraphernalia
