When Wonder Man was accused of destroying Mr Finklestein's lawn, Daredevil defended Wonder Man in court on the grounds of him being dead at the time. Murdock found himself up against She-Hulk, who arrived late and showed off some theatrics, bench pressing the Jury stand and punching Bulldozer into the air. Going off topic from the case, Murdock and Walters began bickering over which of the two was more original, leading to Daredevil's ego being bruised. The trial concluded when Bulldozer landed on Wonder Man, killing him.[4]

Daredevil was one of the male super heroes who joined the villains for Juggernaut's birthday, united in their love of Andrew W. K.'s partying abilities. After being joined by the girls, the party was eventually busted by Captain America.[5]

Working on a case relating to Marty, an AIM agent who had been accused of shoplifting pornographic magazines from Marge's Market. Daredevil sent Castle to interview some of Marty's co-workers, only for Castle to perform a massacre of Marty's colleagues out of force of habit. Hoping to move past this slip-up of Castle's; Murdock sent him to find character witnesses, starting with M.O.D.O.K., while making sure Castle left his guns behind. After Castle brutalised M.O.D.O.K., Daredevil was faced with a losing case. Hoping to give Punisher a chance at redemption, Murdock sent him to Marge's Market to retrieve the security footage. During this mission, Castle was able to uncover Bulldozer and Piledriver as the real culprits, clearing Marty's name.[1]
