Maurissa Tancharoen is the sister of Kevin Tancharoen and a long-time wife and collaborator of Jed Whedon. The two are the creators and showrunners of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. televison series, on which Maurissa Tancharoen also portrayed the character Sequoia in the Seasox Six episode "Code Yellow".
