History
When a plague turned the world's population into cannibals, Magneto was one of the many superhumans who succumbed to it. He fought the infected Electro in New York City, but the combination of electricity and magnetism caused an E.M.P. explosion, taking out all of New York City's power.[1] He was later killed and seen among the Punisher's collection of severed heads.[2]
