History

Maximus was the King of the Inhumans, as his brother Black Bolt had been exiled. He activated a Terrigen Bomb which spread the Terrigen Mists upon the entire face of Earth, providing with powers those who were Inhuman descendants, in order to begin a new age for his kingdom. Maximus presumably died when the planet Earth was destroyed by the Black Priests.
