History

Maxwell Glenn was an industrialist and father to Heather Glenn, one-time girlfriend of Matt Murdock. When Murdock opened his Storefront Legal Clinic (that was financed by Glenn), he and his partner Foggy Nelson came across several of slum-housing cases that pointed to Glenn Industries. Nelson went to see Glenn, but was sent away by his assistant, Mr. Stone.

Under the influence of the Purple Man, Maxwell committed various crimes and was eventually arrested for them. Daredevil discovered that the Purple Man was behind Maxwell's crimes and searched for the criminal to prove Maxwell's innocence. However, Maxwell committed suicide while in prison.

The Vulture claimed to have known Maxwell Glenn, probably having had business with him.
