A cocaine dealer who sold to Reverends Donald Smithfield and George Chesterford - both televangelist competing for Wilson's product. The Foreigner, apparently Wilson's boss, impersonated Wilson to approach Chesterford and murder him, apparently on a contract by Smithfield.
