History
Misty Knight was a member of the Defenders who tried to help the last pockets of humanity in New York City. After killing a horde they returned to base to discover an even larger horde was inbound. The group discussed using the N.E.C.R.O. Bomb to wipe out the hordes but they needed somebody to wear it to activate it. Donny, a member of the resistance brought Simon Garth to the Defenders and the group realized they could use him to wear the bomb. However, when the time came, Donny did not want to see his friend die, so Moon-Girl helped the pair escape which left the Defenders to be overwhelmed by the zombies, killing Misty.[1]
