History

In London, year 2093, Merlin the magician awoke after centuries of sleep, to help the reincarnated King Arthur during his coming of age - but, although 17 years had passed since Arthur's birth, his aging had been slowed by his yuppie parents who didn't have time for him. Even worse, a threat to Earth was looming. Merlin first used his magic to freeze Arthur's family and then, with Arthur's blessing, invoked champions from times halcyon: Iron Man and Doctor Doom. They helped him against, ironically, their own alternate versions Andros Stark and Victor von Doom, and then Merlin sent them back to their time—without even a memory of their adventure.
