In Stasis
Mesmero was a member of the reality-jumping team called Weapon X. When Mesmero was killed, he wasn't immediately replaced, until after an unknown mission by the second wave of recruits (She-Hulk, Storm, and Daredevil).
He was later sent home to his own reality where his remains were dealt with.[1]Attributes
Powers
To control people within his eyesight, which is presumably the same as Mesmero.
Weaknesses
His power is directly connected to his confidence.
