Please, be more attentive when tagging pages for move. For instance, you suggested Mindwave (Telepath) (Earth-616) to be moved to "Mind-Wave II (Earth-616)" despite the fact that in his very first appearance, the character specifically mentions that his name isn't written with a hyphen. Make sure to also explain in the article's talk page your reasoning behind the request.

So, what did you overall think? The episode was actually surprisingly good. I thought the series would end up going down the crapper, like most recent Star Wars stuff, but they actually did good! This takes place between 6 and 7, I think, so I don't know how this series will affect the rest of the canon. Perhaps the baby yoda thing will affect everything. Or maybe they'll just let this be it's own thing, which is what I think they should do. Thoughts?
Actually, I had hopes for Mandaloria unlike all the other new SW stuff, and it lived up to that. Baby Yodas very interesting, other than Yoda and Yaddle, we didnt know any others from his species. And its a baby!!!! Oh and also, the age is wrong. Yodas 900 yrs old. The baby is 50. That means Yoda should only be 18, but hes far older. Theres a weird theory that it is Yoda, but I doubt it. I dont think the baby is force sensitive because that wouldnt perfectly line up w/ SW7. Rhen again, Ezra and Thrawn both got teleported to after SW6 at the end of Rebels, so they shpuld be around.
I loved the lore in it. The armorer wore Old Republic armor and the place they were at appeared to be a remenant of Pre Vizlas Death Watch. I wonder if the Darksaber will appear. That would be epic. The IG unit was interesting, but for all of its hype, it died in the 1st episode. Then again, most of the trailers were from the 1st episode. I wonder if he will get fully bulletproof shiny armor at the end ot the season. Oh and did u notice he never took off his helmet in the entire episode? They also drew so many elements from Tatooine like the spy guy, the door bot, the gonk droid, Jabbas guards abd sand troopers
So I guess the villains will be remenants of the Empire? I wonder who else will show up. They should bring in side characters from the old movies. And then theres the theme. It was perfect. It was dark. 4 guys died in the 1st 5 mins. The fact that he doesnt talk is also better. They somehow did the dark theme right w/out getting gory or cussing, which is prolly how MK will be like. This and Rouge One r the best live action things from SW sin the last 2 decades
I really love all the lore, even if I don't understand most of it. I doubt that Yoda is this baby, and if it turns out he is... well, I guess I'd abandon this series. I'm looking forward to seeing what they do with the Yoda thing.
Well, most of the stuff you pointed out. I don't honestly know much about star wars apart from the movies and a little bit of the Clone Wars TV show. Well, and a handful of comics plus this, but that's not much.
Okay, saw it. Yeah it wasnt as good as the 1st one, more of a filler but still good. Baby Yodas soooo adorable! Other than when he ate the lizard ofc. The next episode will be more interesting. Yeah I guess Mandos really dont take off their helmets, huh?I think the baby will be given to its species at the end and disappear. This makes sense since they dont age much. There were no references I could find, but I have a question. R these Jawas different cus they have red eyes? Why r they on another planet? and finally, dont u think he shouldve killed all of them after that scene where they ate the egg?
Ight, I'm here. I think these jawas are the same, they just kinda look different. I'm sure jawas are on many different planets. He should've killed em. They did a fair trade. Plus, he couldn't beat him at his best, and he was from his best after the fight.
On the Star Wars fandom I came up w/ the idea that they are a different type of jawa on a different planet, which is why they have red instead of orange eyes. Like how dathomirians (Darth Maul) differ from iridioans (Eeth Koth) but r still Zabraks
Okay, so I saw the next one. So yeah, hes bonding to the baby. As we already knew the main villains r the imperial warlords chasing him for the baby and whatnot. Heres what I found cool. The other Mandos. They all have jetpacks and r pretty cool. Most of them kinda look like dingy Boba Fetts tho. The big guy is also wearing an Old Republic suit like the Armorer. I definitely want to see more of them ltr in the series. His new look is awesome! Tbh, I didnt like his old look, but this one is cool. Hes now bulletproof like Phasma, but way better that that loser. It looks like we will finally see new planets. Also love the detail in this episode like the 1st one, like Bousch, Irodians, and all the other aliens. So this episode confirms those guys he fought in the last 2 were also hired to take the baby. nOw we have more of Mandos past, we see him as a kid almost being killed by a super battle droid. How he survived is unknown, but the popular theory rn is that Kenobi saved him. This is obviously CW era, and Kenobi is the most connected to Mandalore as seen in that arc w/ Maul.
True. I think that it's kinda cheap, but probably what will happen. The guys with jetpacks will definitely return, and I'm excited for that. The episode was surprisingly funny, yet staying serious. I honestly am happy that the tone is definitely Star Wars, and I hope they don't loose it at all.
Oh okay cool. Yeah we made this to talk about Mando and not spoil it to the guys on the off topic thread who havent seen it yet and well Wook has a new thread for each episode, so that gets hard to keep up w/.
Theres also a good chance it might be a CW character since Filoni did something (i think directed?) the last episode. Theres also a spin foil theory out there saying if it is another hunter, its more than likely Cad Bane from CW. He was the greatest bounty hunter until Boba Fett betrayed him and he was never killed off, so hed hypothetically be no 1 again since canon (not legends) Boba is supposed to be dead
For what it's worth, Dave Filoni was a creator, writer, director, and producer on The Clone Wars, Rebels, and The Mandalorian, so I don't see there being any better chance of it being a character from something else when we already know Esposito appears and his costume from the trailer matches that of the cameo.
True. But after season 1 of Rebels, a lot of characters were from CW. Rex, Wolffe, Gregor (who apparently died in CW anyway), Maul, Gar Saxon, Hondo etc. And even one of the main characters, Hera, is the daughter of a freedom fighter from CW. She ven appeared as a little girl in it. Many movies also take characters from CW too, such as Saw Guerra and Maul again and also a small Aurra Sing reference
Its cool and all to see Mandos old gang and who hes used to work with, but honestly, the story is too dragged out. Weve gotten nowhere in the last 3 episodes. And XiAn was a knock off Harley. At least its interesting that we got to see him actually do bad things like break into a new republic prison and ofc beat up everything.
Cool fun fact: The Devaronian was the voice actor for Savage Opress in TCW. Filoni, the TCW and Rebels director was one of the X wing pilots. Similar to how Watiti (writer for 1st episode) was IG 11 and how Faveru was Paz Viszla (he also directed a few episodes played Pre Vizsla in TCW). Im pretty sure the fighter jet at the end was a repainted Magnaguard jet, but im not sure.
Just like how IG 11 was a copy of a more famous bounty hunter, IG 88, Zero was a copy of 4 Lom, another famous bounty droid from ESB
Is it just me, or was 6 really boring? 7 was like the Avengers. Everything that's happened comes together in this episode, and everything feels very connected, rather than just loose strands like we used to have. It's really great. But 6... was just sorta boring for me. But I still love the series so far.
As I said either here or on Wookiepedia, Gideon might not be the mystery character since hes tied to the Client. That turned up true. Gideon is the Clients boss and he kills him for failure. Now we r left to wonder who the mystery character is. It better be someone good. If there is one thing we learned from this episode, its that the ppl who dont die will come back, so those guys from 6 will be back. Kuulis death was sad... this show is giving serious Clone Wars vibes lmao. We now know that IG 11 will actually do something tho. Also, I didnt know Tie fighters fold like that. And Rouge Ones Deathtroopers r also back
Holy shit im hyped. That is my fav lightsaber. It was first used by Tarre/ Tor Vizsla. In canon, Tarre created it thousands of yrs ago and passed it down to his nonforce sensitive relatives (jedi dont have kids). In legends, an unnamed Mando jedi made it and Tor stole it in the modern day. Either way, after they died, it ended up in the hands of Pre Vizsla, the ruler of Mandalores moon, Concordia (not to be confused w/ the other Mando planet, and Jangos homeworld, Concord Dawn) and leader of terrorist group Deathwatch. Yep, the same crooks who saved Mando cus they had a deal w/ Dooku and when Dooku betrayed them, they declared war. One of his relatives actually appeared in Mando, the big guy was Paz Vizsla. Anyways, he teamed up w/ Darth Maul to get revenge on Dooku and Kenobi, who outed Pre as a terrorist. They pretended to be heroes and took over Mandalore, putting Pre on the throne. Then Pre betrayed and imprisoned Maul. Maul broke out and killed him in a lightsaber duel and took the Darksaber for himself. Then Palps himself arrived and killed Mauls apprentice, Savage Opress and captured Maul, who left the Darksaber. The Darksaber then ended up w/ Gar Saxon, the leader of the Mandos loyal to Maul and he was one of the Mandos loyal to the Empire, even becoming a general and governor, until he was also killed in Rebels by Sabine Wren and her mom. The leader of the Mandos who opposed Maul back in TCW and now oppose the Empire, Bo Kryze (also younger sister to Satine, Kenobis love life that Maul killed) took the Darksaber, but then the Imps attacked and basically destroyed Mandalore. If Moff Gideon has the Darksaber, and Bo was the leader of the Mandos rebels, he prolly killed her.
We now also have confirmation Deathwatch saved him, which I guessed back in ep 1.
TCW is actually legendary lmao. Everything from that show is slowly appearing in live action. Now what we need is live action Ashoka. I mean we got live action Saw Gerrera, cyborg Maul, Death Watch and Pykes
Oh yeah, did u catch the Revan reference? The Armorer was talking about how a jedi killed Mandalore the Great during Old Republic. This is a direct reference to Revan since he was thr one who did that before he fell to the dark side and took over Mandalore
Revan is my fav character in SW, so if he shows up again, imma be so excited
