Hey Harasar! I was wondering if you are able to create a template that can be used for Marvel podcast series? These will be especially useful as Marvel is now coming out with their "podcast universe" and is releasing shows like Wolverine: The Long Night and Wolverine: The Lost Trail.
The show template could be almost identical to the Series List template, except without having it mention the words "television series" at the top, have instead a small blurb at the top to introduce what the show is, and remove seasons (just have it list all numbered episodes).
For individual episodes of each podcast, we could probably just use the Marvel Database:Episode Template. It's pretty much identical information just applied to podcasts.
Using the Suggestions Board doesn't seem to be getting much response from any of the admins. Do you mind bringing it up in your private Discord chat, or what other way do you think I should go about starting a discussion between the admins about this template?
Hey, could I ask you a question? Emitewiki2 brought to my attention that the disambiguation template doesn't work well on mobile. Is that a problem on FANDOM's end and the way the template contents adapt to mobile, or is it a problem we would need to resolve by tweaking the template code so it adapts to mobile?
Okay, so right now on the Japan article when you enter "Japan" into the Country field it suppresses the link to [[:Category:Japan|Japan]] and simply displays it as plain text while it also autogenerates [[Category:Countries]]. I'm wondering if it's possible to not suppress the categorical link, yet still autogenerate the category for location type?
Anyway, this should probably be separate from Copeinator123's request, which can easily be accomplished by adding a condition like the following at the top of the See Also header:
Annuals and Handbooks are already autocategorized, as you said, based on pagename.
One Shots are also autocategorized, if there is only one issue in volume. I guess we can turn it off, because it also place volumes for new series, there is only issue is known so far, into Category:One Shots.
All in all, I've added autocategorization for Limited Series and One Shots.
I just noticed on certain film pages, but not all of them, that the section "| Appearances = " appears as ==Appearances== instead. Recent example that it happens to being Venom (film), and recent example where it doesn't happen is Captain Marvel (film).
I checked the Film template, and after removing your edit regarding hiding appearances until the release date of the movie, I noticed on the Venom movie page that it went back to normal.
Just compared previous edits on Doctor Strange (film), and it turns out it's the Tagline section that's at fault here. The Captain Marvel movie page doesn't have that section filled out, hence why it looks fine.
