Personally, I would wait for the completion of the current storyline just in case. But yeah, even if someone were to refer to it as Earth-928, there are pretty major irreconcilable differences with the original run that would require a TRN. Much like Moira X lives were all in 616 before being overwritten.
I second the notion that we patiently wait to see if the story gives it an official designation instead of rushing into that which we do not know while it is yet unfolding as we should have done with Age of X-Man to save a ton of time that was wasted by impatience and would further suggest we simply delete incorrectly designated articles like we did with other stories recently such as Major X.
Hello, I saw that you put a protective block on the article, which I'm not against, I saw the edit warring, and I think you did good. Here I'm asking you if you can put in the trivia section of the article the information regarding Timothy Harrison (Earth-616) and Spider-Bite (Nathan) (Earth-616), how Spider-Man spent time with them. I think it's a nice thing worth mentioning on the article. In case you haven't read, I can tell what to put there. Thanks in advance.
Sorry for the mess I made at the Norman Russoff page but rather than leaving "Harold Russof" a warp between harry Osborn and "unknown" I think it would be more correct if Norman Russoff was a warp between Norman Osborn and Gregory Russof (werewolf by night's father). And Harold Russoff was a warp of harry Osborn and werewolf by night (specially since Harold got the goblin curse from his father just like jack (werewolf by night) got from his) but I'm still not used to doing edits so I made a mess trying to change the link to Gregory, again sorry, so could you do the changes I tried or if you disagree with my opinion tell me why not?
You've still got dozens and dozens and dozens of articles from the last TRN you requested that you've not yet created, HostessSpidey. You shouldn't be assigned another until you've thoroughly fleshed out Earth-TRN743 related content beyond stubs.
HBK's counterargument is that the Council is only namedropped once - after Charlotte makes that statement - and that all she's saying there is that other incarnations of Gwen visit the house, with no mention being made to the Council.
I was wondering if you and some other moderators and admins might be willing to weigh in on your interpretation of that scene and provide input in hopes of reaching a consensus on the matter. Our debate can be found https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Thread:1348132
Hey is it alright if you unlock Peter Parker (Earth-616)? For whatever reason it was blocked, I think it's fine now since it's been like months. I was just gonna edit the page for when someone learns his secret identity, or in this case, unlearns it (see Superior Spider-Man #12).
I put in the time and effort, source my edits and you people still can't give me answers or even discuss what your issues are. I edit wikis not because I believe I know best but because I want to put up information that is supported by the writing and give people a better idea and appreciation of the source material. If someone has something better and they want to edit my work and source their conclusions that is fine. If they want to have a discussion with me, that is fine t0o. I am damn sick of people blowing away, at times, near a hour's worth of work because they couldn't be arsed to contact me in any way and just thought "well, this doesn't meet standards for some reason. Guess I'll just delete it even though I'm literally killing the minutes or even hour this guy spent writing and researching." Seriously, you and others like you need some damned consideration for others and the time they spend on the wiki you like enough to edit 60,000 times to make it better. Or are you one of those unreasonable and irrational malcontents that thinks "I don't agree with this. It's gone. No argument. My way is right".
Three quick notes having simply looked at the edit history of the article in question to garner a minimal understanding of this post:
The issues are clearly explained in the edit summaries, not once or twice but four times, by multiple members of the AdMod team.
No edit is ever deleted, they continue to exist in the edit history, which you clearly already knew due to your decision to edit war over this rather than post a persuasive argument on the article's talk page as to why you believe it's relevant to the specific location and not the actual character.
The attitude and name calling is unnecessary, everyone is acting in good faith, you can and should be better.
How is my anger at not being contacted for having my time thrown away not justified? Explain to me why I shouldn't be angry that people are taking down my work without even a word of discussion. I like talking to people about this stuff and getting the opinions of other people. I don't like having my things taken down without a word. How is my anger not justified?
It's not justified because it wasn't without a word, they left edit summaries to explain their reasoning every single time, and as I previously said, nothing is ever actually wasted, it's all still recorded in the edit history to be used elsewhere as directed, to argue otherwise is to fundamentally misunderstand how the software works.
