History

Michael Erick was a former Alchemax executive and shareholder who -- confronted by thugs seeking to brutalize him for having been a Black Card holder -- bonded to a modified sample of the Venom symbiote out of desperation. The symbiote, calling itself Carnage, killed Erick while bonding to him and puppeteered his corpse.
