History

Mike Travers was an ex-war buddy of Luther Manning a.k.a. Deathlok and once saved Manning's life during a war games session. After Luther was declared dead, Travers married his wife, Janice. When Manning returned as the Cyborg Deathlok, Travers assisted him in his fight against Simon Ryker and recovered him for the CIA when he had been severely injured by a bomb created by Hellinger.
