The Other is responsible for destroying the Silver Surfer's Homeworld of Zenn-La as revealed in Silver Surfer V3 #130. The Scrier in this issue is the godlike being worshiped by the cabal of Scriers which was revealed in the 1999 Spider-Man annual.
