Milton Rosenblum was a partner in the law firms Rosenblum, Rosenberg, and Fummetto and attorney for Kyle Richmond and his father Arthur before him.[1]
He notified Luann Bloom that Kyle was dead. To Luann's incredulity she asked how it was possible since he had gone out of town for some business, and Rosenblum replied that that business had to be top-secret since he had been informed of the incident by Nick Fury himself who had told him that Kyle had died serving his country and any other details were to remain classified. At Luann's remonstrations that he didn't understand why he didn't go into the matter about Kyle's death, Rosenblum tried to calm her down but couldn't.[1]
