History

Mindy McPherson was the girlfriend of Hobie Brown, a luckless inventor who worked as a window cleaner. She left him because of his lack of belief in himself, which resulted in him turning into the Super-Villain the Prowler. After a run-in with Spider-Man, Hobie reformed and Mindy got back together with him. They married later.
