History
The original Miraclemen were Michael Moran, Dickie Dauntless, and Johnny Bates, three Air Force personnel orphaned children who were used as part of an experiment called Project Zarathustra done by The Spookshow's Doctor Gargunza using alien technology and DNA from a Qys ship that crashed onto Earth. With that technology, Doctor Gargunza was able to create their superhuman alter-ego bodies, that they could swap with their normal ones, by saying a secret word.[2][3] Doctor Gargunza kept them in a dream-like state for years, trying to program them a certain way so he was able to control them. However, in secret from the Spookshow, Doctor Gargunza had three more specimens besides the three boys: a girl, another boy, and a dog. The boy, Young Nastyman, was used as a villain to the Miracleman Family in Gargunza's virtual dream world, until one day he was able to break out of the dream, escaped Gargunza's secret lab, and went on a rampage. This forced Gargunza to released the Miracleman Family from their dream state to try and stop him.[4] After these events, the government became scared of superhumans and tried to end Project Zarathustra by killing the boys with an atomic bomb. While Dickie was successfully killed, Michael merely became amnesic, and Johnny disappeared.[5][4]
Years later, Michael and his then wife Elizabeth Sullivan would give birth to the first naturally born Miracleman, Winter Moran.[6]Habitat
