- Marla Drake still does not call herself Miss Fury in this issue, and she doesn't even get a chance to wear her leopard skin costume (but we do see the costume, revealing that Drake still has it). However, she is called Miss Fury by the narrator.
- This story ends in a cliffhanger that is not resolved in a Marvel comic. (It is resolved in the Miss Fury comic strip, but the strips that weren't reprinted by Marvel are not canon on Earth-616.)
- Miss Fury appears next in Twelve #1, which is set on April 25, 1945 during the Battle in Berlin. It must happen not long after this story, where several characters mention that the Germans are almost defeated in Europe.
