Metal Master was exiled from his planet for committing crimes against his people. He traveled to Earth and attempted to obtain all the gold on the planet. To start he tried to steal the gold trophy at a car show but was confronted by Iron Man and Spider-Man and was defeated when he failed to stop Tony Stark's new plastic car.[1]
