The neuroscience student recovers the body of the creature from the police and returns with it to his mentor. The creature's brain has suffered damage, so the student gasses his mentor and transfers the older man's brain into the creature. The monster revives and flies into a rage. Before he strangles his student he demands to know if he was really so stupid as to believe that he would want to live out the rest of his life in the body of a monster.
