History

Monstro was created by unknown origins but was speculated to be a mutation from atomic weaponry. It appeared and attacked a Soviet country coastal town, so they sought aid from an American professor named Mark Faraday who was visiting to investigate Monstro. The scientist investigated Monstro but deemed he would shrink back to normal size within 24 hours, which he did.

Monstro the Octopus later appeared amongst the monsters that were on a rampage throughout Earth.
