History
Boggs was a handler and booking agent for Rick Jones when Jones was seriously pursuing a folk/rock music career.[1] Boggs was also affiliated with Lou-Ann Savannah and Rachel "Dandy" Dandridge (also contemporaries of Rick Jones).[2][3] Boggs was always tolerant of Rick Jones' frequent absences and considered Jones to be a very worthwhile stage talent.[4][5] Boggs has also developed a reputation for being somewhat self-serving in his dealings with other musicians.[6] Despite some of Jones' caustic remarks towards Mordecai, the two had a mutually beneficial relationship for years.[7][8]
