Mother Rapture is a mutant from Arakko, genetically modified by the demon mutant Tarn the Uncaring.
She is part of the Locus Vile, who confronted the Hellions when they went to Arakko to try to steal the swords of the Swordbearers of Arakko to prevent the tournament in Otherworld.[1]Personality
Mother Rapture has the typical aggressiveness of Arakko mutants.

- Teleportation: Using her Blade Fish, razor sharp skeins which the mother seemingly controls in a telekinetic fashion, she can unspool the very fabric of reality in order to allocate pan-dimensional traversal. Her Blade Fish also have a biting edge that can pierce steel and rend flesh.[2]
