History

Leader of a group imbued by God with the mission of guarding the gateway to Heaven.

The Guns Nuns were attacked by a "task-force" of Ghost Rider foes led by Vengeance and the Orb under the orders of the fallen angel Zadkiel, their mission was to wait for the Ghost Riders in the gateway. The Gun Nuns kept them at bay until the Ghost Riders arrived. The Orb was easily defeated, but both Ghost Riders had to combine forces to take Kowalski down. Mother Superior then proceeded to open the gateway for the Riders to defeat Zadkiel.

After the Riders' departure to their destination, Deacon arrived at the gateway and slaughtered all of the Gun Nuns but Mother Superior, who was saved by Sara, Johnny Blaze's Caretaker.

After Zadkiel was defeated, she bound Vengeance in chains forcing him to guard the gateway to Heaven in replacement of her fallen sisters.
