The Mount of Crom was the highest mountain of Cimmeria, and was believed by the Cimmerians to be the home of their god Crom.[2]

Crom's Grey Mound was climbed by Thor, compelled to seek Crom. After Thor's death, Conan, in order to do his bidding, ascended the Grey Mound with Mjolnir in hand, becoming much more than a mortal.[5]
