The Mountains of Night were a mountainous range in western Khitai.[2] They were sometimes called the Mountains of the Night.[6]
Khitai claimed all land east of the Mountains, though its influence waned beyond the western sattelite kingdom of Kusan.[1]
History
As Queen Sullima of Stygia aimed to summon Yog Sothoth, a revered and renowned mystic of the East living in the Mountains of the Night had (as did other mystic arts practitioners throughout Hyboria) visions of Yog Sothoth.[6]
