On Earth-53931, the world on sentient vehicles, Mr. Reo Speedbuggy was an illusionist criminal whose plots have been frequently foiled by the Spectacular Spider-Mobile. One of his schemes involved casting holograms with his rear and side mirrors to pose as the "Great Driver", a mythical messianic figure in the cars society. He then asked for the cars to give him all their own, promising to return and drive them as they were created to. Spider-Mobile broke the illusion by shining his own lights through it, causing Mr. Reo to be driven out of Vanhattan.[1]
