History
Mr Veech was an inhabitant of the Mojoverse. With the help of his assistant, Nandy, he was able to overthrow Mojo, seizing control of the Mojoverse and its programming. He replaced most of the existing shows with more childish and less violent versions, including creating the Adorable X-Babies to replace the original X-Babies.
When the original X-Babies realized they had been replaced and escaped from the virtual reality where Veech had trapped them, they freed his other captives and eventually confronted him. Veech was overthrown and the Mojoverse's programming returned to its normal level of violence and lack of educational value.[1]Notes
Mr Veech's name is a reference to the V-Chip, a device intended to prevent children from viewing television programs their parents consider unacceptable.
