History

Mrs. Chen was a convenience store owner who lived in San Francisco. Her store was frequented by Eddie Brock, a regular customer of hers, and a robber who often extorted money from her cash register for his own protection.

On one of those extortions, Eddie saved Mrs. Chen by having his symbiote, Venom, eat the robber.

One day while working, one of the "spots" created by the Johnathon Ohnn of Earth-1610B opened up in front of Mrs. Chen. Despite his sudden appearance, she was seemingly unfazed by the occurance, much to Johnathon's surprise.
