History
Mu was an island artificially created by Inhuman terraformers at Medusa's request to serve as the new home of Kei Kawade, his family, and his monsters.[1]

- The island's name is a possible reference to the name of the lost continent seen in the 1963 Toho film Atragon, another movie featuring a giant monster (Manda).
