History
The woman known as Muktong Mollie was a guerrilla soldier who was active in Korea during the Korean War. She was a soldier of fortune, having no loyalty to any side of the conflict as she was merely motivated by money. During the course of the war she became aware of a ransom of 10,000 Wan being offered by Colonel Feng of the People's Liberation Army of China, who sought the capture of American soldiers Hank "Combat" Kelly and Cookie Novak for various attacks on Chinese interests during the war. Mollie and her guerrilla warriors gunned down Chinese soldiers just to insure that she could capture Combat and Cookie and claim the reward. She turned the two Americans over to Colonel Feng who had the pair dumped into a water tank with an octopus to be crushed to death. Much to the doomed American's surprise, Mollie dived in after them and saved their lives by killing the squid. She explained that she was setting them free in the hopes of capturing them again for a much higher reward. After Combat and Cookie slew Colonel Feng the raided his safe and recovered his money. They then paid Mollie and her guerrilla fighters to provide them covering fire while they fled reinforcements.[1]
Learning that Combat and Cookie's old foes were seeking to get revenge against them, Mollie tracked them down and prevented them from being eliminated by the Korea Katie so she could claim the reward on their heads. However, her chance for revenge was foiled by the interventions of the Panther Lady, Yalu River Rosie, Korea Katie, and General Olga other enemies of the two Americans who also sought the right to get revenge. Ultimately, the five women began to fight among themselves allowing Combat and Cookie to free themselves and take them all prisoner.[2]
