History

In Japan, during the Edo Period, the Ghost Ronin would walk around, hunting down those who have sinned. One day, he was attacked by Mephisto and his time-displaced army, where he fought with the Avengers of the future. Despite being from the future, he knew of the Avengers, as well as their mission to find and defend the prehistoric Avengers.
