Made entirely from the fingernails and toenails of the dead. At funerals, the dead would always have their fingernails trimmed back so as not to add to the ship. Hela's ship, when completed, was supposed to be sailed by the giants during Ragnarok against the gods. It was destroyed, when Skurge hurled his axe during their sojourn into Hel.[1]
It was later revealed to have been rebuilt when Loki commanded it during the final Ragnarok.[2]See Also
