Nanuq is the god of polar bears of the Inua, the Gods of the North.

Hercules, Nanuq, & Loki attend the Council of Godheads

In modern times, Nanuq (alongside Hercules of the Olympians and Loki of the Asgardians) gathered amongst other gods in an undisclosed extradimensional realm to witness the Council of Godheads judge the worthiness of Phobos to become the next Olympian god of fear.
