Her origin is probably similar to the one from her Earth-12041 counterpart.
She has encountered Hawkeye in the past, and they actually teamed-up, but they stopped doing it when Hawkeye betrayed her.
She was later recruited by Iron Man to defeat the Squadron Supreme.[1]
