History
Natalia Vollock was a Red Sky operative and a member of the U.N. Security Council who was planted as part of the ambassador entourage invited to Xavier's Jerusalem Habitat. She along with the other member's were greeted by the Stepford Cuckoos and Magneto who took over the task of giving the ambassadors a tour through the various biomes of Krakoa.
As they came to the end of the tour, Sophie read the minds of the delegates including Vollock's and conveyed to Magneto that they were no ambassadors at all but were sent there to spy on the mutants to determine the validity of the situation.
Vollock's decision was already made even before the tour began. She would have never agreed to their terms, and now knowing that the others would, she expressed that if this is what they would become then it might be best if they were replaced.[1] Natalia was present at a conference of world powers throwing an after party celebration in honor of the new mutant nation. She bitterly stared at Ms. Frost & X while the former admitted to X that she mentally nudged the untrusting delegate's decision in the UN's vote of accepting the Mutant homeland into its ranks while in telepathic commerce.[2]
Still dissatisfied with Krakoa's ingratiation into the world powers, she was then dispatched to liaise with the ruling body of Madripoor, brokering a deal with Homines Verendi by opening trade agreements, offering government power dampening tech in exchange for inside intelligence on the mutant nation.[3]
