History

At some unknown point, Cable and Ororo Munroe had a son together named Alexander Nathaniel Summers. Ororo died when Alexander was young, leaving Cable to raise their son alone. At a later point in time, Cable asked Deadpool of the Prime Marvel Universe to join him in helping his son, now Major X, and the X-Men in fighting Lord Namor at the Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. After Namor was defeated, Cable said to Storm that it was best if she didn't know how they came together to have Alexander.

Trivia

• Similar to his mainstream counterpart, Nathan's biological mother is Madelyne Pryor, the clone of Jean Grey, but he considers Jean, related by genetic proxy, to be his true mother.
