History
Cable shared a similar history to his Prime Universe counterpart until Iron Man was infected and ultimately succumbed to the Extremis virus before the Civil War. After the Stamford incident the government passed the "Super-Hero Registration Act", and Cable was one of the many heroes who met to discuss how they should react to the act. He decided to side with Captain America and was among the many attacked by Gyrich's Sentinels. He later joined in the fight against Sentinel O*N*E Strikeforce until Captain America told them to withdraw and was seemingly killed when the group were attacked by the Thor clones.[1]
