History

Stryfe's corpse

The past history of Stryfe of Earth-21993 mirrors that of his Earth-4935 counterpart. However, the divergence would occur when Charles Xavier returned from space following his captivity at the hands of the Skrulls. Ultimately, Xavier was murdered by the MLF's primary enemy Cable. In the wake of Xavier's death, the Mutant Liberation Front ramped up its acts of terror against humanity.

Their first act following Xavier's death was Stryfe leading the Mutant Liberation Front on an attack on the Fantastic Four, a battle he would personally oversee. The outcome of that battle remains unrevealed.

When Magneto sought to take over America, he met with various mutants to get them to unite into a single army. He approached Stryfe, who didn't agree, and Magneto killed him.
