History
Paris' history is presumably similar to his Earth-616 counterpart's.
Paris and the rest of the Pantheon wiped out the Black Scythe organization[1] after one of their biological attacks killed their teammate Prometheus.[2]
After humankind was devastated by nuclear war and Black Scythe's biological attacks, the Pantheon went into seclusion and lived in a base beneath Canada's Columbia Icefield. One day, Delphi sensed that the Pantheon's former teammate Hulk had survived, was now going by the moniker of the Maestro, and was the middle of conquering Washington, D.C. Delphi informed the rest of the Pantheon with Paris informing Ulysses of Maestro's return. Ulysses thought Paris was kidding, but Paris told him that never kidded.
Ulysses and Hector wanted to stop the Maestro, but Atalanta was against it, having grown disillusioned with protecting humankind after its devastation. Later, Paris informed Atalanta that she was needed in the control room. To their and the rest of the Pantheon's surprise, their base had been discovered by Doctor Doom, and he demanded to be let in.[3]
Atalanta told her team to ignore Doom, but he promptly teleported himself into their base, forcing them to hear him out. Doom told the Pantheon that the Maestro planned on conquering the world, which interfered with his own needs. The Pantheon and Doom then came up with a plan to stop the Maestro. The Pantheon met with Maestro who welcomed them with open arms, though that almost didn't happen when Ajax recklessly attacked Maestro. As the two parties talked, the Pantheon told Maestro that A.I.M. had killed their member Prometheus and wanted revenge. Maestro agreed to help the Pantheon, and they took off for A.I.M's base in the Pantheon's jet. Maestro eventually grew suspicious and asked how Prometheus died. Ajax accidentally let it slip that Prometheus didn't die by A.I.M.'s hands. Maestro threatened the Pantheon but was then rendered unconscious by a powerful knockout gas provided by Doom.[2]
Realizing they couldn't keep Maestro in stasis indefinitely, the Pantheon agreed that they need to revert Maestro to his Bruce Banner form and felt Paris could do it with his newly formed telepathy. However, Paris didn't like entering people's minds and was reluctant to enter Maestro's mind. He changed his mind with Delphi seduced him into going through it. Using a machine, Paris entered Maestro's mind and managed to trick Maestro into thinking he broke free from stasis and killed most of the Pantheon. Paris then conjured an illusion of Maestro's mother Rebecca, which affected Maestro emotionally, causing him to turn back into Bruce Banner. This allowed Paris to shoot Banner to death with a handgun.[4]
However, Banner recovered from his gunshot wounds despite not being in his Maestro form. So, Atalanta had Banner been sealed away permanently in duranium. The duranium failed, though, and Banner broke free after transforming back into Maestro. Paris and the rest of the Pantheon confronted Maestro as he was breaking into their base's missile room. Maestro took Atalanta hostage and forced Ulysses to fire missiles at A.I.M.'s base in Los Angeles. Despite that, Maestro killed Atalanta anyway. Ulysses that he would, though, and chose to launch missiles at the Pantheon's base as well. While Maestro fled, Paris and the rest of the Pantheon huddled around Atalanta's body and waited for the eventual demise.[5]Attributes
