History

Mr. Bumpo lived in the same apartment as Punisher during the latter's war against the Gnucci Crime Family. After the events of the Gnucci Crime War, in which his body was used to suffocate the Russian to death the Punisher left Bumpo a portion of the stolen mob money, which Bumpo saw as a way to buy more pizzas.
